Akasha Allianna has purchased a cottage on the beach under the Schendi Cliffs and has named it Golden Quill Estates.
Stryker Nyte and Dodger D Cage made their claiming into a companionship (07/22/08). The ceremony was officiated by Lukas Falconaire and witnessed by Jase Falconaire and Kari Justice.

Ronan Herne transferred the deed to his house, Sheku Eros Estates, to Elyas M Dashiva, who willed the home to Aleana Blackhart and his children before he passed to the City of Dust.
Orrin Christof and Bella Marvolo, both of the Warriors Caste, companioned on the 5th day of the Fifth Hand of the Month of Daluni (5) in the Year 10,158 CA (08/12/08), on the veranda of Monroe Estates. The ceremony was performed by Lukas Falconaire, and their witnesses were Jase Falconaire and Khouri Zain.

Marlo Kerr purchased a home as a noncitizen property owner on the beach along the north side of the cliffs and has called it Menace Manor.
In a suprise impromptu ceremony, Merrick Varesh and Jessenia Dyrr shared the Wine of Companionship on the beach of Schendi. It is rumored Merrick called the impromptu joining ceremony so their friends did not have time to arrange and plan pranks. Little did they realize that with friends such as theirs, pranks could be carried out on 5 ehns notice...and they were. The ceremony was performed by Lukas Falconaire, and witnessed by Conner Monroe, Jase Falconaire, and India D Hunter.

City Positions/Promotions
Conner Rhys Monroe was appointed as Alternate Ruby Chair and Se'Sword of the City.
Merrick has been appointed Captain of the City Watch, with the death of Elyas M Dashiva.
Ryker Kinson and Genella Bloodmoon are now the owners of a home they will call Golden Chains, which is also where Ryker will operate his slaving operation.
Mathayous and Amaris Najma companioned on the 3rd day of the Second Hand of the Month of Akas (6) in the Year 10,158 CA (08/25/08), at the Storm Schendi Inn.

Births
New citizens Mathayous and Amaris Njama have taken possession of their new home, which they have not yet named. Some certain female paragons of virtue of the city have decided to call it Pink Manor until the warrior chooses a name.
Akasha Allianna has purchased a shop in the Schendi Bazaar, which will be called Golden Quill & Ink Shop, and it is now open for business.

Khouri Zain has opened a couple of her new shops. More information will be coming soon!
Lukas Falconaire and Aurora Storm have a new daughter, Karamaia India Falconaire, born at Storm Schendi Clinic and delivered by physician Elspeth Brighde (08/05/08).
ConnRhysMonroe and India D Hunter are new proud parents to Merrick Dyln Monroe and Maia Aurora Monroe, born at Storm Schendi Clinic (08/05/08) and delivered by our Se'Physician, Eleni N Sinis.
Manumission
CJ Ehren freed his slave karmi. She is now known as Karmiti Daelyn Ehren and has all rights of any other Free Woman of the city.
The slave amador was given his manumission papers by Arianna Ehren (on 7/30/08) and will now be known as Tyr Ehren.

CJ Ehren and KD Ehren drank the wine of companionship after KD swore to the Home Stone. They live at CJ's home, House Lug-Ra Erko and are expecting.

The companionship contract between Jase Falconaire and Tatiana Kael ended without renewal.
City of Dust
Captain of the City Watch, warrior Elyas M Dashiva, has tragically and unexpectedly passed into the City of Dust during a lone hunting trip into the jungle. He entrusted Aleana Blackhart with the children to raise as her own. She plans to swear to Schendi. He would have wished his children to grow and thrive in Schendi and she intends to honor his wish.
The guest, slaver Krismon Tabin, was found dead of injuries apparently inflicted in the jungle at the Storm Schendi Inn on the 5th day of the Third Hand of the Month of Daluni (5) in the Year 10,158 CA (8/2/08). Details on how he died remain sketchy, but it is believed to be associated with the capture of his new companion, Daynger Tehrror. Per Krismon's last wishes, his slave Vv zahra vV also joined him in the City of Dust to continue serving him there.

Pierce S Decline and Marte Monroe drank the wine of companionship on the 4th day of the Fourth Hand of the Month of Daluni (5) in the Year 10,158 CA (08/06/08), on the ship, Schendi Passion, in the Harbor. The ceremony was performed by Lukas Falconaire, and the food, drink, and cake were catered by Larsh Kendrik.
